Kağan

Founder

Kağan, a lifelong learner from Eskisehir and a Kadıköy resident for 20 years, specializes in crafting and protecting the reputations of organizations diverse industries through customized communication strategies.

With over five years in media and a decade in communication, Kağan’s expertise spans strategic communication, crisis management, content creation, brand positioning, internal and marketing communication, and leadership communication. He has worked with prominent clients such as Astaldi, Booking.com, Cochlear, Daiichi Sankyo, Honda Türkiye, İstanbul Airport and the Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure.

Kağan has also taught "Proficiency in Communication" at Bahcesehir University and led media training for spokespersons. Currently, he offers his communication services as a freelancer. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in International Relations from Kocaeli University.

Zeynep

Policy Consultant

Zeynep, an Istanbul native and lifelong learner, is a hopeful optimist, problem-solver, and keen researcher. She holds a PhD in Middle Eastern Studies, alongside degrees in International Relations and Sociology. Her scholarly work includes publications on Iran, Israel, the European Union, and Middle Eastern democratization. Currently, she lectures on Philosophy, Sociology, and Anthropology at Medipol University.

With a background as a correspondent, Zeynep has traveled extensively, gaining deep insights into diverse cultures. She has also worked as a freelance reporter and analyst for various research centers. Certified in NLP, she is passionate about personal development and communication.

Zeynep’s interests span culture, arts, history, and authentic architecture. She is currently delving into the Philosophy of Symbols and writing a book on "Axis Mundi and the Metaphysical Symbolism of the Cross."

Her diverse expertise and unique perspective enrich every project she undertakes.

Murat

Independent Marketing Consultant

Murat is an entrepreneur and seasoned communicator from Eskisehir, now based in Istanbul. As the Marketing Lead, he brings a wealth of strategic expertise and international experience to the team. With a Bachelor's Degree in Business and studies in the Netherlands, Murat has climbed the ranks to become a global marketing leader, driving success in the automotive, sustainability, tourism, and communication sectors.

His ambition led him to co-found a marketing and media agency, where he played a crucial role in crafting marketing campaigns, content strategies, and go-to-market plans. Known for leading cross-functional teams across borders, Murat blends strategic vision with hands-on execution to deliver exceptional results. His global outlook and entrepreneurial spirit make him a key asset to Roke.

Yiğit

Independent Content & Edu. Consultant

Yiğit is a dynamic Istanbulite who has spent the last decade in Germany, bringing his rich background in media, journalism, and academia to his role as Roke's Content, Education, and Research Lead.

With a career spanning reporting, editing, and groundbreaking research on social movements, Yiğit has a knack for turning complex issues into compelling narratives. He completed his PhD in the sociology of social movements at the University of Education Freiburg, where he now teaches courses on digital sociology, activism, and digital literacy.

Yiğit’s passion for societal change extends beyond academia; he has produced impactful documentaries and photo projects on integration, racism, and social reconciliation in Germany. Fluent in English and German, he recently ventured into advertising performance consultancy for transnational companies, driven by his belief in adaptability and evolution.
